Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of order placement.

Tracking will be uploaded to your order details page, and an email containing your tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Packages under 1 pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Anything larger will ship via the cheapest method between USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. All ground services estimate delivery within 2-3 business days.

We currently only deliver within the Continental U.S. and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

If a package does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us, and we will open a case with the carrier to investigate the delay.

If no one is available to receive your order, please ensure there is a safe location for your package's secure delivery or contact your local carrier to hold your package for pickup. 

We will not be responsible for stolen merchandise.
