We guarantee that any damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at the buyer's request without need of return within 30 days of order shipment. We simply ask that photos be provided for claims purposes, showing the damaged item and, if possible, the box in which the order arrived. We ask that pictures show each, individual damaged or defective product, in its entirety, and any damage the box sustained. 

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it so that there is no delay in processing your return or refund. Any claim made beyond the 30 day grace period will become the responsibility of the customer.
